Clean and Maintenace of Sauce Pan
First Use
Before first use, Remove all labels. Wash the pan with detergent, rinse and dry.
Light grease oi with slow fire,wash it after cooling,to increase the service life.
Cooking time.
1.When cooking, use low to moderate heat. High heat is not necessary and may damage the pan.
2.Use only utensils designed for use with non-stick cookware ( plastic or wooden cooking utensils.) Avoid using sharp metal kitchen utensils to prevent scratching
How to clean after cooking
After cooking, Remove burned or dried foods, Clean the pan with hot soapy water, using a sponge or dish cloth. Then rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. Do not leave aluminium pans standing in water as this dulls its brightness.
Storage
Hang pans by the handle slot or store it inside the kitchen cabinet to keep them dust-free. Invert the lid and inter leave with kitchen paper to prevent possible scratched. Be sure not to store your pan when damp or wet.
